Weekly sessions held in Chalfont St Peter, Bucks. Looking to start your running journey through to being able to run further, boost your confidence in the distance you are able to complete as well as increasing your ability to adapt to the different terrains that are out there. The group runs are ability grouped to ensure that you have a positive experience running with like minded people, and to find camaraderie and encouragement from a group setting. Open to ladies 18 years and above.
Personal training sessions are tailored to your individual aims and goals and are held either within the comfort of your home or in an open space near to where you live if you live within 10 miles of Chalfont St Peter. Online training available if you live further away than this. Specialising in ladies starting out in their fitness journey, as well as those who have not exercised for some time, or for ladies who may never have thought of themselves as a person who exercised.
As a certified menopause movement coach I can also offer coaching on all aspects of exercise and menopause.
Private running coaching will offer a more tailored training programme to develop your running which will be specific to your aims and goals. Face to face (within 10 miles of Chalfont St Peter) or online training plans from 5km up to 1/2 marathons distances available which can be plan based only through to full support with weekly reviews and accountability calls.
These are monthly walks based in Chalfont St Peter. The aim of these walks is for the walks to be completed at a relaxed pace to give you a chance to chat and gain the benefits that being outside in nature.

So I joined Linda's running group in December 2021. It took me ages to pluck up the courage as I didn't think I would be good enough. I lacked confidence in my running and menopause had left me doubting my ability. The first session was hard but I really enjoyed it and everyone was friendly and kind.
I now run three times a week and I use Linda for a pt session as well. I really miss it when I can't make a session. I have even booked my first 10km run and that is something I said that I would never do.
I would recommend this running group to any ladies that want to either start running or improve their running goals. If you are looking for a ladies running group that will get you fit and have a laugh this is the group for you.
